Hi everyone

Hi again to all the Stumbleupon.com visitors. I usually get a few visits from there, but occasionally, and this weekend is one of those occasions, I get a few thousand visits in a few days. So welcome Stumblers!

Ok, this week I have been back at work and back into my routines, which has been alright. I would much rather be at home sleeping in and saving the world..... of warcraft. Yes, I finally caved in and bought the game. It is damn good, and possibly even worth the monthly fee. Enough about games though.

I mentioned last week that the site PenguinGeek.wordpress.com linked to my site. Well, if I had read my email before posting, I would have known it was a guy called Adam, one of the penguinart.net subscribers. I have since checked out the site a little more thoroughly, and it is actually quite good. If you want to know about any current news (world wide it would seem) relating to penguins, you want his site. I was pleasantly surprised to see Australian penguin news in the mix too!

One other thing I forgot to mention about my holidays was my Girlfriends Mum. She had the funniest scheme to save 40% off some fabric she wanted to buy. She had two 20% gift vouchers, which obviously cannot be used together, but that's only half of it. She knew that, and so decided that if she buys half the fabric with one voucher, then comes back and buys the other half with another voucher, she gets the correct amount of fabric with 2 x 20% off, which OBVIOUSLY equals 40%. My girlfriends Brother and I tried to explain it to her, and eventually we got through.

The comic this week is an idea I had while I was being embarrassed at the Melbourne Central Shopping Complex. They have talking maps that tell you where things are. So I was looking for kitchen stuff, and found the shop I was looking for. The map immediately announced in a loud voice the shop name and the directions to it. I pressed back and the map came up again, and I thought I saw the shop number that the map had announced so I clicked (pressed) on it. The map immediately named the Lingerie Shop and how to get there. I went red and walked away quickly. Unfortunately the Lingerie shop was in the same direction as the homeware shop.

True story, anyway, that'sall for this week
