Hi all
This weeks comic was inspired by the nature documentaries I used to see when I was little. I used to love seeing nature documentaries, but I was never a fan of the commentary. It didn't matter how mundane the animals actions, the narrator would tell us about it.
"And now the meercat is taking a dump. Meer cat poo is high in vitamin D and some african tribes use it as a moisturiser..."
So I got to thinking, how obvious would it have to be before they gave up and let the scene speak for itself. Originally I was just going to have the blood splattered wall, but I think that would still warrant a 4 minute dialogue by Sir David Attenborough. So I added the severed head and the skull/spine.

I am looking forward to my birthday. My lovely girlfriend has bought us tickets to see ben folds play with the MSO (Melbourne Symphony Orchestra). I am really excited about that. I don't know what else I will get for my birthday, I like surprises so I never try to find out.
