Hi all
Damn! The last couple of weeks I have had very busy weekends, and it looks like it is not going to stop in the near future. This week some Australian friends we met in Japan came to Melbourne to visit us. It has been great to see them again, and I am trying my best to convince them to move here permanently. Unfortunately Melbournes erratic weather is not helping. It has been really warm in Melbourne lately, which is strange because at this time of year it should be windy and cold. So my friends arrived in Melbourne on Saturday morning and wouldn't you know it.. it is freezing here now!
Next week I am going to my brothers bucks night (and day) party. We are going to the horse races. This time of year is the Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne and there is heaps to see and do. The week after is the actual wedding. Luckily I have prepared a number of comics so that I won't disappoint my fans (all 3 of them).
This weeks comic, unlike some others, doesn't really contain visual gags. I have friends who just seem to know EVERYTHING within 10 seconds of it happening. It is really annoying. You find the coolest thing you have ever seen on the internet or in a news article and your friend is like, "yeah, I read that 3 days ago, and did you know that the killer was a hermaphrodite, and ran a midget fetish website?". Now though, because of my job, I find I am actually turning into that person (a know-it-all, not the hermaphrodite, midget lover). When people tell me an y news about the net, like, Google buying Youtube, Google PageRank updates, Google analytics, changes to Google sitemaps, (Google is the internet isn't it?), I have already heard it.
